Shibuya, Tokyo Cityscap

Scroll down for a look at what I've created!

While scrolling through someone's social media photos, I found a photo taken at Shibuya Crossing in Tokyo, Japan. The photo instantly rooted itself deep in my mind for whatever reason (probably because it had an E231 electric train in it...). Whatever the case, I jumped into Blender and began modeling. From beginning to end, the entire project took 10-12 hours including modeling, researching, and texturing. Everything on screen was created by me using references of other buildings in Japan as well as some vintage advertisements for companies. The train is incredibly detailed as well, including advertisements inside of it as well as a fully modeled interior. You wouldn't know it from afar!

Below is the full video animation.
The final render, materials, and solid views.
And finally, a "landscape" orientation version. Hope you like what I made!
